Job responsibilities:

1、Responsible for the management of the whole process of bidding project, including but not limited to the communication and docking with the owner unit, the release of the bidding announcement, the preparation of bidding documents, the extraction of experts, the opening of bids, the organization and handover of documents and so on;

2、Knowledge the bidding rules, be able to audit the documents, troubleshoot errors and omissions; be responsible for participating in or reviewing the bidding process of in-operation projects and major projects, such as registration, tender production and bid opening and other work tasks;

3、Complete the other work explained by the superior.

Qualifications:

1、Unified undergraduate degree or above, majoring in engineering management, auditing, statistics, economics, management and so on;.

2、Familiar with laws, regulations, guidelines and policies on bidding and bidding and relevant documents and provisions of the higher level, familiar with the whole process of bidding and bidding business, and more than 2 years of bidding and bidding related work experience;

3, skilled use of Word, Excel, PPT and other Office software;

4, good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility, with strong written expression and communication skills, work carefully and seriously, cautious and careful, honest and trustworthy and teamwork spirit.
